Aspire Global owner Aristocrat Interactive has told iGBA that it is shuttering its white-label casino operations in the UK as it prepares to cease offering these services to global customers by 30 June 2026.

As reported earlier, affiliates working with Aspire Global’s UK brands have received account closure notices following a series of shutdowns across the provider’s casino operations. Many sites are now defunct or have informed players of upcoming temporary closures as services switch to new licence and platform providers.

Aristocrat Interactive is one of the three business units of Australian gaming giant Aristocrat Leisure. Its imminent exit from providing iGaming white label services outside of North America will “ensure that the business is fully focused on its highest growth priorities” of iLottery, content & aggregation, gaming systems and iGaming & sports. Aspire Global, representing the group’s entire UK white-label operation, became part of Aristocrat following the $1.2 billion transaction for iLottery supplier NeoGames in 2024.

Explaining the exit decision, a company spokesperson said the move follows a review that found the white-label operations “are not core to its growth strategy”. However, the business will continue working with partners during the transition process.

The full statement issued to iGBA is: “Aristocrat Interactive confirms it is planning to cease offering white-label iGaming services to customers. This change is expected to be effective 30 June 2026, subject to appropriate customer consultation and any regulatory requirements.

“As we are planning to exit the market, we will work with partners to address any remaining contracted arrangements and support a smooth process for our partners and players. This follows a review of Aristocrat Interactive’s white-label operations, which determined that these are not core to its growth strategy. This change will help ensure that the business is fully focused on its highest growth priorities.”
