Saroca launches 2026 transformational leadership Program
Saroca’s Transformational Leadership Program launches 26 February at 4pm GMT, offering gaming industry leaders a structured four-month development journey with measurable leadership impact
Saroca has announced the launch of its 2026 Transformational Leadership Program, commencing on 26 February at 4 pm GMT.
Now in its third year, the four-month programme is designed specifically for leaders within the gaming industry seeking to strengthen leadership, communication and an enhanced entrepreneurial mindset.
The 2026 cohort will complete eight virtual group sessions combined with three individual 1:1 coaching sessions. The curriculum explores themes including leadership identity, communication under pressure, boundary-setting, feedback, belonging and conflict resolution. Sessions are designed to be practical and immediately applicable within fast-paced gaming environments.
According to Saroca, previous cohorts have demonstrated measurable impact. In 2025, participants reported a 125% increase in their assessment of leadership tools available to them following completion of the programme. The programme currently holds a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 89, placing it within what is widely considered world-class performance benchmarks.
Claire Adamou, VP at Saroca, said:
“Our industry operates at speed and under sustained pressure. This program focuses on building the internal capacity leaders need to navigate that environment effectively - strengthening clarity, confidence and communication so performance becomes sustainable.”
Past participants have cited improved trust within teams, faster resolution of tension, increased engagement and a stronger entrepreneurial mindset as outcomes of the program.
The programme begins on 26 February at 4 pm GMT. Places are limited due to the cohort-based structure.
