The affiliate has appointed Dimitris Papamichael as commercial director and Luke Watkin as commercial director.
Both previously held the role of commercial director at media and marketing company MVF. The duo joins as Quantum enters its next phase of growth and will report to CMO James McCarthy in their new roles. This follows a rebrand from QiH Group, announced in October, and a hiring spree that began in 2023, during which the company built a full C-suite and in-house team.
Speaking of the appointments, McCarthy said it was “a pleasure” to welcome Papamichael and Watkin to the team during “what is undoubtedly a really fascinating time” in its growth. He highlights that both directors will be “integral to the continued success of the business” as they support expansion into new sectors and strengthen the brand’s relationship “with some of iGaming’s biggest names”.
Moving forward, Papamichael (above) will oversee all revenue-generating activities across the business, shaping Quantum’s commercial strategy as the company diversifies into new verticals while maintaining its strong position in the iGaming sector. He will also lead an expanding team of commercial and sales managers.
Watkin (below) will head the development and execution of the marketing strategy across all business verticals, with a focus on delivering scalable systems and commercial impact in Quantum’s expansion. He will also build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and is tasked with driving further recruitment.
