The affiliate network and iGBA 2025 Rising Star winner has acquired Poland-based sports affiliate Sporticos for an undisclosed sum in a multi-million deal.

Founded by Maciej Wozniak in 2013, Sporticos provides in-play statistics, scores, legal live streams and TV schedules across global leagues. It holds a strong market presence in the UK, Spain, Germany and the US, and has achieved more than 50% growth in emerging markets including Brazil and LatAm over the past year.

Francesco Maddalena, founder of Hub Affiliations, said the acquisition “represents a defining moment” for the company, with the integration of Sporticos’ data-driven model and rapid regional growth expected to support the network’s “sustainable operator expansion”.

“Our partners will immediately benefit from stronger conversion rates and deeper engagement solutions across multiple markets,” Maddalena said. “With Sporticos, we are not just growing – we are redefining the future of iGaming customer acquisition.”

The deal will bring more than 10 million unique annual users into the Hub Affiliations ecosystem. For Sporticos, it will also accelerate the deployment of AI-powered analytics, data-led marketing tools and advanced retention solutions designed to maximise customer lifetime value and enhance operator performance.

Sporticos will continue to be led by its founders and management team to maintain performance consistency and client trust. Meanwhile, Farzad Peyman, CEO and founder of the London-listed gaming advisory, sales and technology firm NYCE International, joins as the affiliate’s chairman, bringing global expertise and reinforcing its international expansion strategy.

Commenting on the acquisition, Wozniak highlighted the Hub Affiliations team’s shared values of “innovation, quality and ambition”, which led to the deal.

“(Hub Affiliations) understood not just our business model but also our long-term potential. With their support, Sporticos is ready to write its next chapter as a true global leader in iGaming customer acquisition,” Wozniak said.

Peyman added: “In more than 20 years in iGaming, I have rarely seen a company with the vision and consistency of Hub Affiliations. Together, we aim to expand reach by at least 30% in emerging markets like Brazil within the next 12 months, while continuing to deliver the operational excellence Sporticos’ long-standing clients rely on. This is both a challenge and an exciting growth opportunity.”

The acquisition was advised by M&A broker Richard Walsh, who is also a lead investor at NYCE International and member of the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA). Martin Christian Herisson, analyst at Innovis VC, played a key role in guiding the transaction’s data analytics, enabling an efficient closing.
