Oddschecker has announced that it has launched Confido Network, an igaming publishing network for the sports affiliate industry.
The company has said that the purchase aligns seamlessly with its strategic vision of “bringing innovative, user-centered igaming experiences to players and serving its partners’ evolving needs”.
By acquiring CasinoWings, Traffic Lab also confirmed it hopes to strengthen its market position in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region.
CasinoWings, founded in 2015, was the flagship brand of the digital marketing group Tahoba and has dedicated sites for the Swedish, UK, Finish, Indian and Japanese markets.
“This acquisition is an exciting addition to Traffic Lab, and to further solidify our market leading position,” says Peter Gunni, Traffic Lab CEO. “By welcoming CasinoWings into our portfolio, we reinforce our commitment to innovation, growth, and delivering exceptional value. Together, we are poised to bring our partners and players more dynamic, impactful offerings in igaming.”
Earlier this year, Traffic Lab made two senior leadership changes with Gunni replacing founder Sebastian Agerskov in May as CEO and Esko Rissanen being promoted to CCO in July.
Recently, the Swedish parliament agreed to consider lowering the country’s gambling tax in what could be a move to improve channelisation rates for online operators. This according to Moderate Party member Carl Nordblom would attract more Swedish players to the market.
