With bitcoin gaining traction as a payment mechanism and a new market, we caught up with Paul Davis of payments provider Counting House, Michael Ellen of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, and Eric Benz from digital payments platform GoCoin, to discuss the ramifications for iGaming.
Under the agreement, DraftKings will serve as an official sponsor of the event for the second consecutive year.
Fans will be able to interact with the event through DraftKings platforms, including taking part in a free-to-play pool offering $25,000 in prizes.
In addition, customers in Colorado, New Jersey and New Hampshire will be able to place bets on the contest.
The event will take place on July 4 at Maimonides Park in Coney Island, New York.
