Online gambling performance marketing partner Raketech has extended its revolving credit facility with Avida Finans AB until September 2023.
Raketech said that the facility, worth €15m (£13m/$16m), will allow it to continue to make important growth investments, additional acquisitions and for financing of working capital.
The credit facility will also be used for other general corporate purposes within the business.
The interest on the facility is set at EURIBOR plus 4.25% and an additional upfront extension fee.
The credit facility includes a further extension option and can be renewed annually subject to certain conditions.
