OLBG’s brand will appear on the matchday and training kit of Lions Gibraltar FC under a new multi-year sponsorship deal.

The team based in the British Overseas Territory and remote gambling hub was “formed amidst the euphoria of England’s World Cup triumph” and incorporates the Three Lions within its logo. The Principal Club Partnership follows OLBG’s other activations in horse racing including its OLBG Mares Hurdle sponsorship at the Cheltenham Festival.

OLBG CEO Richard Moffat, pictured above receiving his Affiliate Idol recognition in the 2024 iGB Affiliate Awards for his contribution to the igaming affiliate sector, said he was “delighted” by the deal.

"[T]hey’re a club steeped in tradition and we look forward to helping them tell their story to football fans across the UK.

“We’re extremely excited by the journey they are on and look forward to announcing further details of our partnership and launching the kit in due course.”

Mark Palmer, CEO of Lions Gibraltar FC, added: “When I met Richard and Toby [Grainger] for the first time, I knew immediately that they and the brand were exactly what I was looking for in a main club partner”.

“[W]e are pleased that we now embark on what we all expect to be a fruitful relationship for both of us, with the ability to elevate both parties’ brand recognition to a global fan audience.”

The Lions’ 2024/25 kit bearing the OLBG branding will launch July 2024.
