FairPlay Sports Media has announced a new senior leadership team with four new hires.

The affiliate already brought in Richard Gale as its chief revenue officer in late 2023, who’s been tasked with refining the group’s commercial strategy. Gale previously held the VP Sports role at Catena Media and was a founder of marketing and commercial consultants, The Anorak Group.

More recently, Kelly Brooks has been appointed chief product officer to enhance the company’s BetTech capabilities. Brooks, as the former CEO of acquired asset Quarter4 is also expected to manifest its AI potential when integrated across FairPlay Sport Media’s relevant products.

Matt Robinson has been named chief technology officer after a stint as head of technology at Oddschecker. Robinson holds over ten years of experience in igaming technology and will be responsible for implementing a synchronised technical strategy for the sports media network.

Completing the senior appointments at the affiliate is Niall Dore as chief financial officer. Dore has gained over two decades of senior financial experience in gaming and technology sectors including stints at Betfair and Saas business Findmypast.

In its statement, the affiliate group said that these four hires coalesce around its “recent rebrand proposition of being a hugely scalable tech-first organisation that leverages its vast data assets with the latest in BetTech to bring about a better betting ecosystem for all.”

Back in January, the affiliate announced that Quarter4 was its first acquisition since its rebrand from Oddschecker Media Group. The company was purchased for an undisclosed amount.
