Better Collective has announced that Guy Harding will be its new senior director of group media partnerships growth, starting from 1 Feb 2024.

Harding will be tasked with scaling the group’s media partnerships growth division and will report to Simon Hovmand-Stilling, SVP group media & core sites & CEO of Better Collective South America.

The new senior director comes with over 13 years of experience in media, tech and igaming roles. Harding previously worked at FairPlay Sports Media (then Oddschecker Global Media) as its commercial strategy and safer gambling director.

Most recently, Harding served at media and tech company Legend as its commercial director.

Harding said that he’s followed Better Collective’s journey for many years ahead of his new role.

“I have followed the impressive growth journey Better Collective has been on where they’ve successfully managed to diversify its business model, including entering into media partnerships with leading media outlets across the world,” said Harding.

“ I am glad to join the strong team at Better Collective to further strengthen our position as the preferred partner for media businesses on our journey towards becoming the leading digital sports media group.”

Hovmand-Stilling welcomes Harding to the team, commenting that he comes with a lot of knowledge and experience.

“[Harding] will from day one be able to contribute with valuable knowledge and perspectives which will both benefit the media partnership division and benefit the entire group. I am glad to welcome Guy to the team.”

Better Collective currently has media partnerships with The Telegraph in the UK, Sport1 in Germany, New York Post in the US, Depor in South America and a global football partnership with Goal.
