Listed affiliate business Raketech has hired Dalia Turner as its first Chief People Officer.
Turner joined the Malta-based business’ Global Senior Management Team on 5 December from fraud protection solutions provider Feedzai, where she oversaw teh growth of the team from 330 to more than 600.
CEO Oskar Mühlbach said Turner's wealth of senior HR experience with tech companies working across multiple countries would “ensure Raktech stays attractive to the best talents in the industry while keeping our entrepreneurial culture”.
In her new role, Turner will be responsible for strategic HR leadership across Raketech’s growing global workforce, as well as reinforcing the affiliate’s culture and growth trajectory.
Prior to Feedzai, Turner spent 10 years at Microsoft in Portugal and Singapore where she led on people strategy, talent and performance management, leadership development, as well as the organisational culture across multiple countries.
The new recruit joins a business on an upward trajectory this year, having posted consecutive record revenue totals in the first three quarters of 2023.
