B90 Holdings has announced the appointment of Andrew Mclver as a non-executive director and Farzad Peyman as chief finance and M&A development officer.

Mclver most recently has been a non-executive chairman of Italian gaming operator SKS365 and before that was group chief executive of Jackpotjoy. Previously he also sat on the board of Sportingbet and has been the director of finance for House of Fraser.

Peyman, who was recently hired as a consultant at B90 has taken a permanent position within the company in finance and M&A.

Ronny Breivik, B90 executive chairman, said that he’s delighted to welcome both Mclver and Peyman to the company.

“I have had the privilege to know and work with Andrew for many years, a respected individual in the gaming industry, with a wealth of unmatched experience.

“Farzad is also very well known in the industry, and it is a pleasure to be working with him again too."

“Our team is looking forward to pooling our vast insight, knowledge, strategic experience, and networks to capitalise on opportunities which we have in our sight, and with a clear and open runway for growth,” the executive chairman went on to add.

Mclver and Peyman’s appointments follow the appointment of Mark Blandford, founder of Sportingbet, as a strategic adviser to B90 earlier this year.
