What does making the shortlist mean to you as a business?
It’s a fantastic achievement to be shortlisted in such a prestigious industry awards show. It is proof that we are one of the top affiliate programmes, which is of course what we strive to be.
How did you celebrate the news of being shortlisted?
We are all still working remotely, with a global team across many of Kindred’s offices, so we had a small celebration over Teams, with a bigger celebration planned if we win the award!
How will you celebrate if you win?
We have plans in place to get together in our various offices to watch and celebrate together where possible – some celebratory drinks will certainly be shared if we receive the award.
What changes or improvements made over the past 12 months do you feel proved decisive in your making this year’s shortlist?
We made a concerted effort over the last 12 months to adapt to the global pandemic, with a real focus on pivoting to the most relevant products and services from all our brands, all while continuing to deliver best-in-class affiliate management to our partners. The hard work from the whole team to maintain a support function for all our affiliates, as well as launching exclusive promotions and a loyalty programme, meant that we were able to remain one of the top programmes in the industry.
