Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. Well, what about the team?
 
Performance Marketing is the area of the business that looks after digital user acquisition. What we do is to optimize existing channels and constantly look for innovative ways to send new users to our site and get them to register.
 
Among the channels we are using to drive traffic: Affiliates, Programmatic Media, Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, and many more.
 
Thinking out of the box, innovation and attention to details are crucial to keep improving on the existing channels and finding new solutions to test. In order to be able to correctly track how each channel is contributing to driving value, we leverage our Martech team that is looking after tracking and correct channel attribution. When you combine all of this together, the result is an acquisition strategy that goes from the top to the bottom of the acquisition funnel, with accurate measurement and efficient budget allocation focused on ROI maximization.
 
So, what will you be doing?
 
Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies for biddable media and affiliates aligned with company goals.
Overseeing and optimizing budget allocation across media channels to maximize ROI and meet targets.
Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team, setting objectives, and ensuring professional development.
Planning and executing structured, targeted campaigns, closely monitoring outcomes.
Analyzing performance metrics to identify improvements, growth opportunities, and challenges.
Implementing A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting to optimize performance.
Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure service quality and goal alignment.
Utilizing data insights and market research to drive initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Demonstrate expertise in performance marketing channels such as PPC, paid social, display, and app marketing.
Optimize bids using strategies and tools to maximize ROI.
Interpret data using platforms to effectively understand campaign metrics.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Lead and motivate a team, providing direction and inspiring targets.
Communicate strategies, ideas, and results effectively to stakeholders.
Interpret data to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
Solve problems by identifying challenges and devising innovative solutions.
Adapt to changing market conditions, algorithms, and industry trends.
