The Role:
QIH is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to play a central role in driving key decisions across every aspect of the business during a period of rapid growth. The Senior Analyst will sit within the data team, and be responsible for providing vital analysis and insights, working with different teams to scope, build and roll-out a range of strategic initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced analyst with a strong track record of transforming complex data into commercial value. You bring deep expertise in analytics and have demonstrated your ability to deliver impactful insights, particularly in the areas of customer behaviour, marketing optimisation, and performance forecasting. You have a natural curiosity to dig into the data and a determination to uncover the “why” behind the numbers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across departments to turn analysis into business action.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a key role in QIH’s BI strategy and analytical requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align data initiatives with key business objectives.
End to End Business Intelligence development
Support the development of the Data Warehouse structure
Oversee Front end visualisation in Tableau
Implementing and managing tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager and other tools to enhance our digital analytics capabilities.
Conduct detailed investigations, identifying business requirements and pain points through a range of data gathering methods
Conduct analysis on key areas of the business to highlight opportunities to improve profitability, including but not limited to:
Cohort Analysis
Demographic segmentation
Predictive value modelling
Spend/Cost management
Recommendation engines (e.g. for advertising)
Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards in Tableau based on stakeholder requirements
Partner with the wider data team to optimise dashboard structure, data source efficiency, and user experience
Build strong relationships across all of the different teams in the business, becoming a trusted source of business intelligence
Create technical documentation for BI tools and provide technical support and training for BI reports, dashboards, and tools to end users
About you:
Degree in a maths/science-based subject
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong hands-on experience with analytics and data tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Google BigQuery, and a solid understanding of SQL
Familiarity with dashboard design and best practices, especially for executive and operational audiences
Commercially minded and data-driven, with a passion for applying testing, research, and analytics to inform and justify business decisions
Proactive and self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Technically confident and analytically strong, with experience navigating large, complex datasets and turning them into clear insights
Collaborative and communicative, with excellent written and verbal English skills and a natural ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience working with marketing data across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing environment
Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar digital advertising tools
Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and tools, including setup, evaluation, and reporting of test outcomes
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of team members within a data or analytics function
