We create networks that empower shoppers to make smarter purchasing decisions. We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our dynamic Finance team.
Responsibilities
You'll play a crucial role in our financial operations, including:
Cash & Bank Management: Monitor cash balances, manage bank accounts, update/track, and ensure continuous cash flow and accurate forecasts.
Financial Reporting & Tax: Assist with yearly financial statements and annual tax reports.
Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Prepare/analyze AR aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
Manage debt collection claims with legal counsel.
Conduct client risk assessments and KYC.
Resolve account disputes, billing discrepancies, and credit holds.
Act as primary contact for billing/collection inquiries.
Generate invoices and reconcile systems for accurate billing.
Ensure consistent collection policies/procedures.
Sign engagement contracts with new clients.
Analysis & Data: Perform strategic analyses; prepare files and analyze financial data.
General Accounting: Support the Controller in all accounting activities.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
We're looking for a candidate with:
CPA Designation: From a Big 4 accounting firm (audit department).
Excel Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (a must).
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Time Management: Skilled in time management, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral English communication.
Multi-tasking: Proven ability to effectively multi-task.
SAP Experience: An advantage.
