You're a creative and strategic Social Content Lead ready to own and drive our content strategy across all platforms, blending social media innovation with cross-platform production to shape our brand's voice and deliver high-impact campaigns that engage and grow our audience. You're a strong storyteller, producer, and strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments, with deep experience crafting narratives across formats, understanding platform-specific content nuances, and knowing precisely how to measure what works, all while being ready to make a real impact and see tangible results.
You will…
Content Strategy & Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social strategy aligned with community goals
Lead calendar planning across channels (social, video, etc.)
Oversee content ideation, production, and workflows from start to finish
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor content creators, editors, designers, and social managers
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, partnerships, and marketing teams
Production Oversight
Lead development of high-quality video, graphic, and written content
Own creative briefs, scriptwriting, and asset reviews for internal and external projects
Ensure brand consistency and voice across all mediums and touchpoints
Social Media Direction
Guide platform-specific strategies (X, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Stay ahead of trends to develop relevant and engaging formats
Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversion
Analytics & Optimization
Define success metrics and analyze performance to optimize content
Use insights to inform future campaigns and growth opportunities
Job requirements
You have…
2–4 years experience in content strategy, social media, or other similar roles
Proven leadership experience managing content, social teams, and/or influencer networks
Deep understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and audience behaviors
Strong creative instincts and ability to translate strategy into content
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Hands-on experience with content tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, CMS platforms)
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Sprout, native platform insights, etc.)
Bonus: Experience in sports, betting, media, or creator-driven brands
