WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives, learner profiles, and success metrics.
Transform storyboards into interactive self-paced modules and instructor-led materials (presentations, manuals, quizzes, simulations).
Research, pilot, and integrate new e-learning and AI tools to enhance learner engagement and efficiency.
Collect learner feedback, analyze performance data, and iterate on course content for continuous improvement.
Produce job aids and train internal mentors/trainers on best practices, methodologies, and LMS usage.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Solid grounding in adult-learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Loom, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Experience configuring and managing courses in at least one major LMS (e.g., Moodle, Docebo).
Hands-on use of AI content-creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and familiarity with adaptive learning solutions.
Basic HTML5/CSS/JavaScript for custom interactions
Graphic-design proficiency
Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
Daily use of Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of the client’s business, context, and challenges
Proactive identification and clarification of client needs, rather than just reacting to requests
