We are looking for:
We are looking for an ambitious Affiliate Coordinator who is willing to learn, develop and improve their skills. The applicant should be a team player with an ability to multitask and communicate well with others.
Duties:
Working closely with our Content and Product departments (coordinating welcome offer changes, market closures, compliance requests)
Creating and updating tracking links
Coordinating the New Operator procedure
Handling platform changes
Opening new affiliate accounts
Taking care of problems related to affiliate account log-ins
Assisting with reporting to senior team members
Updating of our portals' monthly rankings, and supervising ranking changes carried out by members of other teams
Fixing broken links
What would make you a great fit?
Fluency in English
Previous experience working with technical support or customer support
Ability to adapt to new workflows and technical structures in a fast way
Previous experience working in the Casino or Sports markets will be considered an asset
Ability to multitask and organise workflow
Previous experience in WordPress or Affiliate platforms would be an added plus
Ability to focus on a task and see it through to the end
An excellent eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, a willingness to work as part of a team and the ability to cooperate with other departments
