As Global People Operations Assistant
Job description
We are looking for an energetic, process and detailed-oriented Global People Operations Assistant to join our Global People Operations team.
In this position, you will be expected to support the entire organization, excluding Serbia, in the area of employee administration.
Job responsibilities
Work in the HRIS (Sage) to update and complete information
Create addendums and contracts
Support Payroll processes globally
Onboarding and Offboarding related tasks
Colleague Update data and coordination
Follow up with managers in relevant locations
Support in Recruitment Process
Support to People Business Partners when needed
Job requirements
Understanding of HR data processing globally
Excellent English language knowledge
Previous experience with HRIS tools is preferred
Good knowledge of Google Suite
Experience working in an international environment
Curious, eager to learn
