We are looking for a Project Manager, dedicated to our Affiliate team, who can help manage, coordinate & streamline our activities and deliveries across multiple countries and channels. Job responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate projects involving websites’ design, revamp and development, hosting, post-launch controlling and KPIs monitoring
Manage the team backlog, project timelines, roadmaps’ priorities, allocated resources, and stakeholders’ communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the single point of contact between the Affiliate Business and Tech teams to facilitate a productive collaboration, manage realistic expectations and ensure effective delivery.
Efficiently collaborate with a team of cross-functional roles (including not but exclusive to Software Engineering, AI Engineerings, QA, Design, UX, UI, SEO, CRO, etc)
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders at regular intervals.
Make sure the development team in the Affiliate business unit is up to date on the projects’ strategies and direction.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and stakeholder objectives.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
A strong understanding and familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of Products (inc Jira, Jira Service Management, etc) and familiar with Agile product development.
Understanding of software development and web architecture lingo which enables good communication with the technical teams.
Ability to run multiple medium sizes initiatives or projects and to multitask, in a fast-paced environment.
Proven and mature experience in project management, specifically with tech development projects.
Understanding of Affiliation principles, NDCs, digital campaigns and how they can be leveraged for project success.
Strong stakeholders’ management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively.
Ability to think outside the box when approaching problems and solutions or simply for required tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in web development and iGaming is a plus.
A proactive problem-solver with a performance-driven mindset.
