As Middle Crowd Specialist
job description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Placing links within page code based on technical requirements (tech specs).
Making sure links are indexed by Googlebot but hidden from users.
Maintaining detailed reporting of all placements in spreadsheets and our CMS.
Occasionally working on classic crowd link building tasks (e.g., forum posts, comments).
Collaborating with the quality assurance and analytics teams to boost performance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
1+ year of experience in crowd link building.
Basic understanding of SEO and how search engines work.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Search, VPN tools, browser plugins (e.g., user-agent switchers, cookie editors).
Basic knowledge of HTML (inserting code into page markup).
A systematic and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Readiness for repetitive tasks — yes, it’s part of the job, but never just for the sake of it.
Would be a plus:
Experience adding links directly into HTML without a CMS.
Knowledge of technical SEO; experience evaluating donors via Ahrefs, Semrush, and Similarweb.
Experience with Reddit, Quora, or Tier-1 forums.
Confidence working across various platforms — from raw HTML pages to Reddit.
