As Affiliate Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize affiliate activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns.
Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Monitor affiliate practices to prevent fraud, unethical behavior, or any activities that could harm the company’s reputation.
Implement and enforce a compliance framework to manage risk associated with affiliate marketing.
Prepare and present detailed reports on affiliate performance, campaign ROI, and program growth to management.
Continuously evaluate and improve the affiliate program's processes, systems, and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align affiliate operations with broader company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and affiliate management platforms.
Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple listings simultaneously.
