Responsibilities:
Launch and ongoing support of key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance, development, and others.
Support employees throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle within the company.
Adapt and manage the HRM system (PeopleForce) to fit the needs of the business unit.
Constant communication with managers: support, coordination, and consulting.
Collaborate with the CEO in shaping and integrating company values.
Implement HR Health metrics.

Requirements:
Experience in building the HR function from scratch (policies, onboarding, knowledge base).
Understanding of performance management systems: KPIs, frameworks, competencies.
Ability to work with HRM systems (PeopleForce is a plus).
Project management and process systematization skills.
Experience in setting up processes in distributed teams.
