As Head of Marketing
job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the full marketing strategy, including performance UA, creative, and marketing analytics.
Establish and document core processes: campaign setup, testing, creative workflows, budgeting, and reporting.
Build and lead the marketing team from scratch: user acquisition, creative production.
Launch and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Lead business development and external partnerships to find new growth opportunities (e.g., influencers, affiliates, content partnerships).
Collaborate closely with the product team on product-market fit, pricing, and user feedback loops.
Oversee the creative marketing pipeline, guiding the production of engaging and high-performing creatives.
Define KPIs and ensure all marketing efforts are tied to measurable outcomes (ROMI, CAC, LTV).
Explore and test new acquisition channels and go-to-market experiments.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a marketing leadership or team-building role (direct or indirect).
Proven experience in user acquisition and creative strategy for mobile subscription apps with w2w model.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and other acquisition platforms, with a track record of ROMI-positive campaigns.
Experience setting up marketing operations and attribution systems from scratch (e.g., MMPs, Pixels).
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams and external collaborators (e.g., freelancers, agencies).
Experience scaling budgets to $300K+/month while optimizing for efficiency and growth.
