The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product to lead product strategy and execution across our portfolio of SEO and paid media websites. You’ll be responsible for defining the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact user experiences that drive traffic, conversion, and lifetime value. This is a key leadership role at the intersection of content, technology, data, design and SEO. We need someone who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and understands that product velocity is our biggest growth lever. The Director of Product will report into Senior Director of Technology.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap across core platforms, in close collaboration with business and tech leaders
• Lead a team of product owners and UX/UI designers, fostering a user-centric, data-informed approach to product development
• Ensure strong alignment with SEO, content, commercial, and engineering teams on priorities and performance goals
• Foster a culture of ownership and execution within the team
• Define and track KPIs to measure product performance, user engagement, and commercial outcomes
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives to continuously improve UX and monetisation
• Champion scalable processes and product operations that support high growth
• Stay ahead of trends in iGaming, performance marketing, and digital user behavior

Who We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years in digital product roles, including 3+ years in leadership or head-of-product positions
• Proven experience managing consumer-facing web products, content or traffic-focused
• Strong understanding of UX and acquisition funnels
• Background in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or online marketplaces is a major plus
• Experience managing website products in multiple markets and using different content management systems, such as Wordpress
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams
• Analytical mindset with comfort working across BI, experimentation, and user feedback
• Experience with product management frameworks, agile delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
