About the Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented and motivated Publishing Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key publishing and traffic partners. In this sales-focused role, your primary goal will be to scale acquisition efforts, identify new business opportunities, and maximize value from our publisher network.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of publisher accounts with a focus on driving revenue and hitting growth targets.
  • Act as the primary contact for publishers, negotiating commercial terms and creating win-win partnerships.
  • Proactively identify and onboard new traffic sources and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams to optimize campaigns for partner performance and audience relevance.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Stay informed on industry developments to identify emerging trends, channels, and partnership opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand our publisher network.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing or performance-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with digital media buying, lead generation, or traffic monetization strategies is a plus.
