Job Description:


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Product Growth zone management: pricing, payment screens, user segmentation, working with funnels and landing pages, increasing marketing spend through product solutions.
  • Responsibility for the growth of LTV, CR, Gross Revenue, and Ad Spend metrics.
  • Hypothesis generation and testing for validation.
  • Improving payment UX (new payment methods, discounts, etc.).
  • Potential career growth to Head of Product — this position reports directly to the CEO.

YOU'RE OUR PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a product IT company.
  • Proven success in improving key metrics such as LTV and conversion rate.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and product-marketing approaches.
  • Experience in task setting and managing team execution.
  • Understanding of subscription-based monetization models and experience working with payment infrastructure.
  • Ability to independently design, run, and interpret A/B tests as a tool for making product decisions.
  • Well-developed commercial mindset and the ability to shape and communicate product value to users.
  • Strategic thinking and a helicopter view — the ability to look beyond day-to-day tasks and work toward high-level goals.
  • Result-oriented with a passion to grow metrics — we believe a true product specialist enjoys this aspect of their work.
  • Curiosity and proactivity — constantly asking “what if?” and testing new approaches to boost metrics.
  • Product mindset with an understanding of sales — you feel how the value proposition affects users and how product changes can improve conversions.
  • Analytical skills — you work confidently with numbers, interpret metrics, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
