Requirements:
What We’re Looking For?
- Natural marketeer with full understanding of users’ motivations and online advertising.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta ads with focus on the U.S market.
- Deep understanding of Meta’s platform, targeting, tracking, and optimization.
- Proven success managing long funnels.
- You've built campaigns from scratch and scaled them with confidence.
- Experience with signals setup (pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, etc.).
- Comfortable using AI tools to generate and scale creatives.
- A solid grip on campaign methodologies, testing structures, and growth strategies.
- Analytical and curious - you love digging into data and turning it into results.
- Strong grasp of A/B testing and performance-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
- Bonus: Experience with other social platforms (TikTok, Snap, etc.).
- Bonus: Worked on financial funnels targeting U.S. markets.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Run and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with full ownership from setup to success.
- Manage complex funnels, especially in financial services, and make them convert.
- Make sure tracking is buttoned-up: pixel, CAPI, custom events - you’ve got it covered.
- Plan and run A/B tests to keep improving performance, creatives, and landing pages.
- Team up with design, content, and product to create creatives at scale.
- Think strategically about campaign structure, signals, audiences, and budgets, then execute like a pro.
- Bring your experience: what’s worked before, what didn’t, and what you’d do differently.
- Scale campaigns from 0 to 100, fast and with focus.
