As User Acquisition Manager (Google UAC, Google PPC)

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads for Android apps, with plans to expand to iOS apps in the future.
  • Regularly generate and implement hypotheses to achieve the target ROAS.
  • Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Systematically test new apps.
  • Closely collaborate with the Team Lead and ASO team.
  • Report regularly.
  • Competitor research.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition management.
  • Experience with traffic for Android and iOS apps via Google Ads.
  • Required experience with Google Ads (PPC, UAC).
  • Experience working with Google Firebase.
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to operate with: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality hypotheses for ad campaigns.
  • Desired English level: at least B1 (Intermediate).
