As Senior IT Administrator
We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator to oversee the IT operations for our Malta office, focusing on managing and maintaining Windows and Mac devices, administering the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence, while actively managing service desk tickets and providing technical support. You will collaborate closely with other IT Administrators, streamline workflows through automation, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class IT support and services.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
System Administration: Manage and support Windows and Mac devices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Network Management: Maintain, support and administer corporate IT Infrastructure ensuring availability, security, and compliance.
Automation & Efficiency: Automate IT support processes using tools like n8n, streamlining repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency.
Atlassian Suite: Lead the administration and support of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and related tools, including workflow automation and integrations.
IT Service Desk Support: Deliver efficient and high-quality support, monitor performance against SLAs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Asset Management & Lifecycle: Ensure all devices are accurately recorded and maintained in our asset management system and handle the full device lifecycle.
Security & Compliance: Assist with IT security audits, patch management, and system access control to maintain compliance.
Documentation & Best Practices: Develop and maintain clear documentation for systems, procedures, and automation. Advocate for best practices to improve service delivery.
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
Self-motivated, team player and a positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Strong understanding and hands-on experience of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Mgmt, etc.).
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with keen attention to detail
A quick learner and able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic business environment
3+ years’ experience in service desk or technical support roles
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience managing 3rd-party vendors or service providers is highly desirable."
