WHAT YOU’LL DO
Market and competitor analysis, including their retention strategies.
Setting tasks for user marketing research (interviews, surveys).
Development and optimization of Customer Journey Maps.
Analysis of B2C and B2B user needs.
Development and implementation of gamification (quests, bonuses, rewards).
Improvement of the player’s personal account and its functionality.
Development of the partner’s personal account.
Enhancing the system of user reviews and comments.
Development of mechanics to increase engagement (loyalty programs, bonuses).
Email marketing strategy and audience segmentation (RFM segmentation).
Managing the email marketing specialist.
Planning and analyzing email campaigns for different user segments.
Working with trust platforms and user feedback.
Development of new retention channels.
Setting up and monitoring event tracking in analytics systems (Amplitude).
Conducting A/B tests on conversion funnels and retention mechanics.
Analyzing user engagement and retention metrics.
Calculating ROI of implemented features and product solutions.
Creating and maintaining dashboards with key metrics.
Creating development tasks aimed at improving retention and engagement metrics.
Managing your part of the backlog.
Collaborating with the development team to implement new features.
Coordinating with designers to create UX/UI elements.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience in market and competitor analysis.
Expertise in analyzing retention metrics.
Skills in working with Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
Experience in conducting A/B tests.
Knowledge of SQL at the level of writing queries (optional).
Experience in setting up and analyzing cohort analysis.
Experience in developing and implementing gamification, loyalty programs, RFM segmentation.
Practical experience in UX/UI and conversion optimization.
