As SEO Team Lead

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a practical action plan to achieve traffic goals set by the Head of Direction, validated by the Head of SEO.
Set up a team of SEO specialists. Organize the work of a team: assign and monitor tasks, track workload, and ensure the necessary resources are available.
Handle human resource management of the SEO team: evaluate and grade specialists, track performance. Identify a person's strengths and weaknesses, form PDPs, and provide direct training.
Work alongside SEO specialists on each project to prepare and coordinate the implementation of SEO strategies.
Take responsibility for collecting and monitoring team metrics (KPIs).
Plan and oversee the SEO budget.
Conduct competitor analysis to form SEO strategies and make effective decisions.
Develop crisis action plans (sudden algorithm updates, significant traffic drops, etc.).
Collaborate with the Product Manager to discover new ways of attracting traffic and propose methods for improving the CTR of existing traffic.
Form hypotheses and monitor testing, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends, derive insights, and implement best practices.
Recruit and manage freelance resources for the team when necessary.
Launch new projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience in leading a team of SEO specialists, both in task management and human resource management.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to break down goals into actionable tasks for the team.
Experience in conducting in-depth market and niche analyses, with proficiency in relevant analytical tools.
Experience in search optimization of local projects and/or cross-domain website networks.
Experience in iGaming or a strong understanding of this niche is a plus.
Proven experience in promoting large-scale projects.
Data-driven approach to developing comprehensive SEO strategies, along with successful case studies.
Proven track record working with Tier 2-3 markets (experience with Tier 1 markets will be an advantage).
Experience in building websites from scratch with a focus on SEO, understanding the entire “website as a project” development cycle.
Experience with unconventional link-building methods (acquiring links in places where others could not).
Strong technical SEO expertise.
Experience in process automation.
Experience solving complex SEO challenges (negative impacts from search updates, project stagnation, etc.).
History of regularly conducting SEO experiments with successful results.
Experience of SERP monopolization for target keywords through project scaling.
