WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the development and drive the achievement of the team's annual strategy, taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy.
Cover and coordinate all people-related issues (i.e. onboarding&offboarding, assessment, development, retention, L&D, performance management, the salary review process, etc.).
Analyze HR data in the business unit to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, report on the actual state of things, suggest new initiatives based on analytics.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build culture, increase productivity, and retention.
Consult and coach managers on people-related issues.
Interact with managers and the recruiting team for personnel needs planning.
Participation in the recruitment process to influence the quality of hiring.
Coordinate and facilitate talent management activities in the business unit.
Identify and cover management team training needs.
Resolve complex employee relations issues.
Implement HR policies and procedures into teams and provide full support to managers and employees on all HR issues.
Manage internal communications, develop the team's internal brand (monthly news, articles, sharing expertise, etc.).
Work with the company’s HRM system - BambooHR.
Improve and support the monitoring system of the staff mood on all levels.
In cooperation with the HR Team, initiate changes in corporate HR services and policies based on business needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Work experience in HR from 3 years, of which in the role of HRBP - from 2 years.
Experience in working with IT companies is a must (with a headcount of 50+).
High EQ and IQ.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
The ability to coordinate people's strategies with the company's goals.
Structural thinking and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills aligned with critical thinking to gain high professional results.
Ability to work in a flexible way, capable of delivering business-focused solutions.
Strong relationship-building, management, and communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
High level of English (Upper-Intermediate).
BA in Psychology will be a great plus.
Сoaching or experience in a project management role is a must.
Experience working with Jira/Confluence is a big plus.
