WHAT YOU’LL DO
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with client goals through video calls, email, and messenger platforms.
Monitor project performance and profitability using key metrics, and apply strategic adjustments when needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends to improve project and client management approaches.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
Manage ongoing communication with clients, including: Sharing promotional offers and service updates; discussing new orders and clarifying specific order requirements.
Lead regular internal meetings to communicate project updates and collect feedback.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience as a Support / Account / Project Manager.
Experience in IGaming, CBD, Crypto, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
Familiarity with SEO practices.
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive.
Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
