Job description
We are on the lookout for a passionate and organized Salesforce Program Coordinator to become a pivotal part of our team, driving the success of our Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will navigate the dynamic environment of project coordination, ensuring that all teams are aligned and projects are on track toward strategic objectives. You will be the central hub of communication, working closely with commercial leaders, technical experts, and external partners to foster collaboration and smooth execution.

Job responsibilities
Project Coordination & Tracking
 
Own and continuously optimise the use of Linear as our internal project management tool
 
Track progress across all active Salesforce initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities, milestones, and deadlines
 
Identify and flag roadblocks early, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to unblock and move forward
 
Lead weekly status syncs and reporting to ensure momentum and clarity across teams
 
Internal Programme Ownership
 
Maintain a central overview of Salesforce-related projects across departments
 
Coordinate internal resourcing, timelines, and scope changes
 
Ensure clear documentation of deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
 
Help prioritise initiatives to align with business goals and strategic pillars
 
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
 
Collaborate with Commercial Owners, Analysts, Developers, and external vendors to support successful project delivery
 
Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep teams engaged and projects on track
 
Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and other stakeholders
 
Job requirements
3+ years’ experience in L&D, enablement, product training, or internal communications – preferably in a SaaS, tech, or CRM environment
 
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple ways
 
Experience creating multimedia learning materials (e.g. video walkthroughs, screen recordings, Notion/Confluence guides)
 
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a strong plus
 
Experience with change management or user adoption programmes is a strong advantage
 
Certification in learning and development, Salesforce, or change management is a plus
