Job description
We are in search of an innovative and driven Salesforce Adoption Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing user experience and maximizing the impact of Salesforce across our organization. In this influential role, you will design and deliver targeted training programs, creating robust enablement journeys that cater to various departments and skill levels. You will also maintain an extensive library of educational resources to ensure our team is continuously informed and empowered.

Job responsibilities
Enablement & Learning Strategy
 
Design and deliver engaging training programmes tailored to different departments, roles, and experience levels
 
Develop enablement journeys for onboarding new users and upskilling existing ones
 
Maintain a library of educational resources, including guides, videos, walkthroughs, and FAQs
 
Promote best practices and new features through regular communication and enablement sessions
 
Stakeholder Engagement
 
Partner closely with team leads across the organisation to identify training needs and gaps
 
Create feedback loops to continuously refine and improve adoption efforts
 
Act as the voice of the user within the Salesforce team, advocating for clarity, simplicity, and user-centric design
 
User Adoption & Change Management
 
Lead change management efforts when rolling out new features or processes within Salesforce
 
Use analytics and feedback to monitor adoption rates and engagement with key Salesforce features
 
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to plan and execute adoption campaigns for new releases
 
Internal Comms & Evangelism
 
Help position Salesforce as an essential business tool through clear, engaging internal communication
 
Facilitate drop-in sessions, office hours, and roadshows to connect with users and answer questions live
 
Create simple, beautiful content that demystifies Salesforce for all types of users
 
Job requirements
3+ years experience in a Project Manager, Programme Coordinator or Operations role
 
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
 
Experience with Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
 
Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills
 
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
 
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a strong plus
 
Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM) are a plus
 
You are energised by bringing structure to chaos and seeing things move forward
