As Senior Software Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own parts of our AWS infrastructure and CI/CD setup.
Build and maintain secure, production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
Secure Environment Management & Secrets Handling.
Form and implement a zero-trust approach with team support.
Prepare Infrastructure for Penetration Testing & Audit.
Write and evolve Terraform modules to manage our infrastructure at scale.
Collaborate with product and backend teams to design cloud-native services.
Lead small initiatives or pods — balancing delivery with technical quality.
Set up or refine Grafana dashboards for core metrics (e.g., pod status, latency, traffic spikes, memory/CPU trends).
Establish a data-driven feedback loop for detecting issues early (e.g., failed deployments, noisy alerts, unusual traffic patterns).
Create & Improve our observability stack based on OpenTelemetry.
Automate everything that’s repetitive.
Document your decisions so the whole team levels up.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Deep experience with a cloud provider AWS.
Strong Terraform skills and a love for clean infra-as-code.
Experience with Kubernetes in production — you’ve seen it fail and fixed it.
Comfortable writing tools and automation in Python/GoLang.
Familiar with the observability standard OpenTelemetry.
Security-aware — you think about secrets, access, and hardening by default.
Clear communicator, async-friendly, and not afraid to lead when needed.
