WHAT YOU’LL DO
Complete ownership of SEO works for one or more projects, fully accountable for site SEO metrics.
Manage freelancers and internal teams for content, link‑building, and development, ensuring end‑product quality.
Develop, justify, and implement quarterly and annual SEO strategies.
Forecast SEO budgets and measure spend effectiveness.
Scale successful SEO initiatives and methodologies across additional team projects.
Continually generate hypotheses, launch experiments, and analyse results.
Ongoing SERP and niche monitoring with rapid reaction to changes and rollout of best practices.
Cross‑functional collaboration with product teams to enhance user experience and business KPIs.
Mentor Junior specialists.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Ability to build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for highly competitive projects, forecasting outcomes, and modelling the impact of changes on core SEO metrics.
Clear understanding of how SEO drives business KPIs (revenue, LTV, ROI, CAC, etc.).
Budget ownership: planning, allocation, and evaluation of spending efficiency.
Full grasp of the entire “website‑as‑a‑project” development cycle.
Experience running deep niche analysis and confidence with advanced analytics toolkits.
Strong technical SEO expertise.
Experience with non-standard link‑building tactics - obtaining links after standard options are exhausted.
Track record of resolving complex SEO issues (penalties after algorithm updates, project stagnation, and similar challenges).
Demonstrated success in ranking high‑volume keywords in the top positions of competitive niches.
Strong strategic thinking.
Ability to make decisions amid uncertainty.
Systemic mindset and exceptional self-organisation.
High accountability for both SEO and business metrics.
Capacity to react quickly and decide fast in shifting conditions.
