As Influencer Marketing Manager

Requirements
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field (preferably in the iGaming industry);
Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends;
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.);
Proven ability to run influencer campaigns from ideation to execution;
Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills for reporting and analysis);
Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and collaboration;
Experience in working with content creation teams and managing influencer-generated content;
Experience in working with basic campaign analytics tools and drawing actionable insights from data;
Ability to manage multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously;
English language skills (B2 level or higher), Spanish or French will be a plus.

Experience with influencer research and performance analysis tools;
Familiarity with the iGaming sector and its unique marketing requirements;
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and networks;
Basic experience in campaign optimisation and A/B testing;
Experience in working with BI tools for deeper campaign analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
Identify and connect with influencers across various social media platforms and networks in assigned markets;
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and agencies to ensure strong, long-term partnerships;
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create and optimize promotional materials and ensure they meet campaign goals;
Work with legal and finance teams to manage contracts, payments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
Formulate media strategies and calculate KPIs to measure campaign performance and optimize results;
Generate creative ideas for influencer campaigns and develop detailed concepts (scripts, collaboration proposals);
Coordinate content approval before and after publication to ensure quality and compliance with brand guidelines;
Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign strategies and performance
Report on campaign performance, providing insights, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization;
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly;
Track and achieve personal goals and KPIs, collaborate with the team to ensure overall campaign success.
