Job description
We are looking for an Analytics Senior Team Lead for our Analytics team

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Analytics Senior Team Lead to lead our global, dynamic team of data analysts based out of Denmark, United States and Serbia. In this role, you will lead the improvements of our analytics and reporting processes, helping the business make better, data-informed decisions. You’ll be working closely with our Data Platform team to improve data literacy among both Business Owners and support functions globally. 

Your key responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global team of talented data analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Develop and execute an analytics strategy aimed at enhancing analytics capabilities and data literacy both among stakeholders and internally in the team.

Work closely with Finance Business Partners to produce reporting that supports group-level and leadership decision-making..

Perform analytics and deep dives across various business areas and domains.

Maintain high standards for data accuracy and consistency across departments.

Provide hands-on support to local analysts when more advanced analysis is needed.

Collaborate with colleagues in the data platform team to ensure alignment and integration of analytics efforts across the organization.

Help raise the overall level of data literacy in the company by mentoring and advising analysts in different teams.

Define meaningful KPIs for the analytics team and ensure they’re effectively tracked and acted upon.

 

Job requirements
What you need to be successful

Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior analytics role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, and data visualization or BI tools).

Great problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.

Understanding of data modeling concepts.

Strong communication skills with experience in presenting to senior leadership.

A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
