With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana

Well, what about the team?
 
We are seeking an experienced Director of Acquisition & Digital to lead our growth strategy for Bally Interactive UK and Ireland brands. In this role, you will acquire profitable players through various marketing platforms, build a top-tier performance marketing team, and optimise digital channels to achieve business and brand goals. You will lead and mentor a team of online marketers with expertise in real money gaming, expanding our presence in programmatic, search, affiliates, and social media.
 
This position reports to the VP Commercial, UK.
 
So, what will you be doing?
 
Defining and leading the overall UK performance marketing strategy with an overall objective to maximise our acquisition efforts and media investments to drive revenue, monthly actives and brand growth/equity across our portfolio of UK brands.
Driving a full funnel approach across acquisition (social, affiliate and digital marketing channels) with best-in-class creative and marketing.
Overseeing budget allocation and performance forecasting to deliver desired acquisition outcomes – focusing on key KPIs, effective budget allocation and channel optimisation and growth.
Identifying and establishing value of new acquisition channels and opportunities to expand our customer base.
Optimising Bally’s Digital’s marketing effectiveness and efficiency through programmatic, biddable media, experimental media opportunities, and data-driven solutions
Collaborating with colleagues and the leadership team to role model a collaborative and commercial team with a passion for performance and results.
Partnering closely with Product, Brand, Design and other key internal partners - you will lead acquisition data reporting to leadership and key stakeholders, transforming this data into digestible, actionable insights.
Being a visionary leader that will take our existing tools and ways of working and expand our opportunities into new channels and ways to reach our customer.
Working collaboratively with ease across internal teams, as well as negotiate with external media partners.
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our acquisition strategies remain
Implementing marketing attribution capabilities incl. media mix modelling and build-out advancement of these capabilities for use in planning and day-to-day channel management.
And what do you need?
 
Possess extensive experience in performance marketing roles within the online sports betting, iGaming, or related industries, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving growth.
Have extensive knowledge of different facets of digital marketing including PPC, SEO, Content marketing, Digital Media, CRO and other marketing channels.
Possess a blend of commercial awareness, analytical and creative thinking, partnered with a strategic mindset.
Have clear strategic thinking and planning through to execution - strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive business success.
Have a willingness to take ownership.
Be results driven; thrives on challenge; action-orientated and pragmatic in approach.
Be flexible, adaptable, and able to think creatively as plans evolve and events unfold.
Be passionate about gaming.
Have significant experience of operating in a complex organisation.
Proven track record in developing teams, driving performance, and managing both in-house specialists and external partners/agencies.
