WHAT YOU’LL DO
Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on the Meta Ads platform.
Efficient budget management: you’ll be responsible for reaching marketing and business goals via effective budget allocation and the pace at which we will scale.
Monitoring not only key marketing metrics but a thorough analysis of funnel conversions and optimization of marketing strategy based on this data
Analyze competitors and the market - monitor their funnels and ad strategies
Compliance management: you will oversee the performance of advertising accounts, ensure compliance with platform policies, and maintain communication with advertising partners.
Setting up processes and operations from scratch: campaign setup, ad testing, ad scaling, etc.
Collaboration with designer, creative marketing manager, product manager: together with the team, you will develop new creatives, test their effectiveness, analyze results, and generate ideas to attract new users and optimize marketing funnel.
Participation in creative brainstorms, generation of new ideas and hypothesis
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience as a User Acquisition Manager for 2+ years in product IT companies.
Experience with web2app/web2web funnels and subscription products is a must
Have proven record of successful marketing budget scaling within business target metrics
Experience in Tier-1 English-speaking markets
Experience in launching product marketing and building marketing processed from scratch will be a huge plus
Data driven approach
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
Ambition and a desire to bring your initiatives to life
You are a self-starter - you will be the first full-time user acquisitor in team, so you must drive the marketing and lead the way
