If yes, then you might be our new colleague at Better Collective as a SoMe Creative Content Manager.
Our SoMe Creative Content Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring Better Collective’s Social Media in the Swedish market. You will be an important member of our Content Hub team, responsible for all the media content produced by our sites. The role has a strong focus on implementing our strategy to improve brand awareness, increase sales of our sports sites including svenskafans.com, fotbolldirekt.se, hockeysverige.se, and innebandymagazinet.se as well as a close collaboration with our sports betting sites including our flagship site rekatochklart.com.
Your main responsibilities
Own and manage the overall strategy, planning, and execution of editorial and commercial social media content
Work in close collaboration with editors in chief/brand managers as well as our commercial team with focus on monetizing traffic and maximizing revenue across our extensive portfolio of sports media and betting content assets (svenskafans.com, fotbolldirekt.se, hockeysverige.se, innebandymagazinet.se, and rekatochklart.com).
Provide guidance to our editorial teams on how to publish across social channels. This includes creating operational guidelines, workshops, etc.
Research, create, and publish posts on our social media channels, while also engaging with and moderating interactions on the published posts
Carry out daily SoMe tasks
Adjust schedule accordingly throughout the week to accommodate flexible availability
Track, measure, analyze and create reports on our social media activities
Work in conjunction with Better Collective Social Media European team
Tasks
Organize and contribute to the content production for all Swedish BC brands - from the studio, from stadiums, from the office.
Be the SoMe specialist for the editorial teams, guiding them to produce the best possible content, providing weekly feedback, and sharing SoMe insights and knowledge.
Keeping yourself and the brands updated on the latest trends in the Social Media World.
Act as the main coordinator for both smaller and larger SoMe campaigns.
See commercial potential in partnerships with other brands.
Align with the Content Hub team members on project and task management.
Engage and interact with sports fans on all Swedish BC-platforms.
Job requirements
Our expectations from you
You thrive in a busy and vibrant environment
You are passionate about sports
You have a broad background in working with media and a good feeling for optimizing product development
You have experience with developing SoMe-formats on different platforms such as X, YouTube and Instagram
You have worked with monetization of Social Media channels on various platforms.
You have strong attention to detail
You are fluent in Swedish and English
You are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges
You are process-oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in management
You can work in Stockholm where we have our office and studio
