Job Description
To support our team's growth, we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our French-speaking team. Overall, you will join a passionate SEO team of 16 people, based in Lille and Paris, and working 100% remotely.
As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for the SEO performance of the websites entrusted to you.
The goal? First place! You'll closely monitor the rankings of your most important pages and the overall visibility of your websites, suggesting content, technical, and authority improvements based on competitive landscape analysis.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
From the management of the French-speaking SEO team
SEO Strategy Development: You will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that encompasses technical, content, and link building elements.
SEO technique : Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement on-site SEO improvements, including optimization of site structure, schema markup, and page speed.
Content Strategy: Oversee the development of SEO- and business-aligned content that not only ranks well but also engages and converts users.
Link Building Strategy : Develop and execute a strong link building strategy aimed at improving our websites' domain authority and search engine rankings.
SEO Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics.
Profile sought:
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience as an SEO for the advertiser, on competitive SERPs, is required.
✅ You have a perfect command of the French language (writing, reading, comprehension)
✅ You are a true team leader: you have already managed a team and you know how to communicate effectively
✅ Know-how : mastery of SEO tools (log analysis, crawling, keyword research, GSC, etc.)
✅ You are a passionate SEO expert, challenged by keyword rankings, you are able to analyze content performance and proactively offer strategic recommendations.
