Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 Months Contract

DESCRIPTION


The role is restricted to those physically located in Malta. While this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates who are not based in such a region.


The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for recruitment and Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and construct strategies to attract top talent across all levels and business areas.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are expected to:

Identify Talent Needs: Identify talent requirements, creating and implementing effective strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage Recruitment Processes: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and managing expectations throughout.
Guide Hiring Managers: Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including organizing regular touchpoints.
Employer Branding: Support, build, and execute our employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
Talent Networks: Build and maintain robust talent networks within our markets to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data and insights to continuously monitor, optimize, and improve recruitment processes.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven, and data-centric environment.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Demonstrated experience in building and executing talent acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Strong candidate experience orientation, building rapport and trust with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
