Our Client is a live draw operator based in the UK. They are looking for a Digital and Affiliate manager to run there Live Draw website attract players and affiliate partners to grow the profitability and brand

Job Purpose: 

The key focus of this role is to commercialise the website.

Revenue Generation: 

  • Ensure the website inventory is understood and drives optimal revenue
  • Ensure that they partner with appropriate 3rd parties to exploit any advertising revenue opportunities for commercial advantage
  • Identify any further commercial opportunities i.e. sponsorship, and partner promotions and create compelling opportunities and implement them on the website, apps, and social platforms


Development of Digital Channels: 

  • Ensure the website and apps are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the different territories where the products are heavily sold and embedded
  • Ensure that the customer journey and customer experience are clear, optimal, and competitive
  • Ownership of website and app new features, testing, and promoting to live in conjunction with the 3rd party provider

Reporting/ Analytics: 

  • Provide a reporting pack on relevant performance of website and apps and affiliate and other revenues (financial, analytics, supplier performance)
  • Provide a reporting pack on social media KPIs and content performance. 


Content Management Strategy: 

  • Support Marketing Customer Activation Manager to implement a content strategy for the website, apps, and social media platforms.


 The Digital & Affiliate Manager is responsible for the following: 

  • All partner deals, terms and conditions, onboarding
  • Reporting and analysis of commercial revenues month-by-month
  • The roadmap for the website– and how we will develop the website and apps to optimize the customer experience and to onboard new products and features
  • Monthly analytics reporting of the website apps and social media platforms. 


Skills and Experience: 

The successful candidate must: 

  • Already have existing affiliate experience and relationships in this industry
  • Be able to demonstrate effective relationship-building with new revenue-generating partners to optimize commercial opportunities creatively
  • Possesses excellent communication skills to forge effective relationships with 3rd party suppliers, commercial partners, and internal departments.
