Responsibilities: 

  • Create and develop an effective commission plan for your team and agencies. 
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing department to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the image the company wants to project. 
  • Develop the agency strategy: communication, budgets, work plans, bonuses, and promotions, etc. 
  • Develop, control, and monitor budgets and schedules for assigned projects. 
  • Identify opportunities in the market to improve growth. 
  • Collaborate with the content and sponsorship team to ensure the success and maximization of outreach campaigns. 
  • Develop the dissemination plan and manage external clients to generate effective deals for the area's development. 
  • Provide continuous training for your team to deliver the highest quality in customer service. 
  • Search and recruit new affiliates, focus on those already in place and optimize the affiliate area. 
  • Identify Tipster and influencer profiles as a channel for company acquisition and negotiate contractual conditions. 
  • Affiliate landing pages: design, promo codes (if applicable), terms & conditions (design of the promotion to be offered). 
  • Request banners for affiliates (landing page image). 
  • Generate strategies and action plans for customer acquisition through the Tipster and influencer channel. 

What our client is looking for: 

  • Experience of at least 3 years in the management of market campaigns, advertising. 
  • Knowledge of needs and understanding of how relationships with the media work. 
  • Management of online business operations. 
  • Experience in customer service and personnel management with the development of high-performance teams. 
  • Experience in managing personnel in a remote and dynamic format. 
  • Passion and competent knowledge of a wide variety of sports. 
  • Completed degree in Marketing, Administration, Commerce, or related field. 
  • Desirable intermediate-advanced English. 
  • Desirable related experience in the management and coordination of Gambling projects. 
  • Project Management skills and knowledge.
