  • Article summary

Consultancy firm Odds On Compliance and sports betting monitoring business US Integrity have completed their merger and subsequent rebrand to Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360).

Odds On Compliance and US Integrity announced the merger agreement in October of last year. This combination focuses on developing new compliance and integrity solutions.

The newly named IC360 combined business will utilise expertise, resources and industry knowledge from each business to deliver new services. These will include solutions across the sports betting and gaming sectors.

IC360’s current portfolio of services includes integrity monitoring, compliance advisory and education. IC360 will also continue to offer established products that were available prior to the merger.

Such solutions include the Integrity Monitoring dashboard and PlayBookAI, an online repository of sports betting laws and regulations. In addition, customers will still have access to ProhiBet, a solution for ensuring compliance for athletes, coaches and staff.

Merger reflects commitment to compliance and integrity

Matt Holt, formerly CEO of US Integrity, is heading up the new business as CEO. He says the merger represents a strategic alignment of values.

“As IC360, we are dedicated to providing our clients with 360-degree solutions that address their unique compliance challenges, ensuring they can operate with integrity and confidence in today’s complex regulatory environment,” Holt said.

Eric Frank, formerly CEO of Odds On Compliance, will serve as president of IC360. He said the merger reflects a commitment to providing compliance and integrity solutions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

“Our vision is clear: to help lead our industry forward on compliance and integrity standards, empowering our partners to raise the bar,” Frank said. “We believe the IC360 brand represents just that.

“This is only the beginning of an exciting chapter for Integrity Compliance 360.

Scott Sadin, chief operating officer of IC360 and formerly COO of US Integrity, also hailed the completion of the merger. He said: “With a comprehensive suite of services and leveraging the collective expertise of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance, this is an evolution of a journey dedicated to setting industry benchmarks and creating a one-stop-shop for integrity and compliance needs.

“Integrity Compliance 360 looks forward to a future marked by continued growth, impactful partnerships and a steadfast dedication to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.”
