HPYBET unveils omni-channel loyalty club

Sports betting operator HPYBET has linked up with loyalty and gamification specialist Captain Up to create a new, omni-channel loyalty solution.

Captain Up is the developer and manager behind the Level Up engagement and retention platform, which offers features such as timed challenges and missions, real-time messages, daily and weekly rewards and a virtual shop.

Customers will be able to collect trophies and badges, progress through levels, upgrade their status, claim physical and virtual rewards and prizes, earn premium features and purchase goods in the virtual shop.

HPYBET operates over 500 retail locations across Germany and Austria, as well as online and via mobile.
